Statistics on Appeals

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Humber Bridge Board should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Humber Bridge Board,

Could I have all information on appeals against fines on the bridge.

In particular, volumes of fines initially appelaled, % upheld, and same for the next two levels.

Also any data on 'reasons' for appeals.

Yours faithfully,

Cara Doran

Dear Humber Bridge Board,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Humber Bridge Board's handling of my FOI request 'Statistics on Appeals'.

I am conscious that the Board has taken the view historically that it is not subject to the Freedom of Information (FoI) Act, however it has acknowledged within its annual reports its responsibility for public funds and the need to ensure transparency and accountability. The Board has therefore responded in the past to FoI requests.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

Alan carr
