Statistics of service users who have called 999/111 over the age of 65

The data provided includes the total number of face to face incidents
attended where a vehicle responded on scene and where the patient’s age
was given to us as being 65 years or older where the call came via 999 or
via the 111 CAD Link.
 
By way of advice and assistance, please note that the 999 figures will
include some 111 calls that came in via the 9s therefore will not include
calls from the Met Police (MPS), Health Care Professionals (HCPs), or any
running calls.  However these are included in the total incidents figure.
