Dear Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust,
I would like to see the statistics of new diagnosis broken down into type ie the percentage of clinical depression etc that were diagnosed by the trust for the years 2014 - 2018 for the age range 20 - 40 for men and women please
