Your email was passed to our Complaints Team for investigation, as
outlined in our code of practice (copy attached).
 
I have now looked into the issues you have raised and I would like to
confirm the following:
 

* Further to your second email to South East Water on 29 January 2012, I
confirm we have been trying to locate a copy of your original email to
us.

 

* It is with regret that I advise we have been unable unsuccessful in
locating a copy of your email and I would like to apologise for the
length of time taken for a response to be issued.

 

* May I kindly ask a copy of your original email is provided to South
East Water at your earliest convenience to allow for a full response
to be provided to you.
