I am the agent for the fictional strawman that was created with the name Mr. THOMAS J TALENT, to which the CROWN HOLD THE COPYRIGHT!!!

Dear Dyfed Powys Police,

FOI department

i would like to request statistics of assault complaints against dyfed powys police officers

and i would also like to request that i have in writing
that the magistrate was on oath whilst sending a summons to the entity known as THOMAS J TALENT
and that your fellow officers were on oath when entering
the property known as bryn yr eglws lampeter to execute drug warrents, even though consent was clearly refused, NO Joinder was given and I DID NOT STAND UNDER when asked! (Common Law Rights)
also was there an investigation into this?

And if someone is not part of the law society why are the officers trying to enforce misuse of drugs act, which implies they had consent to enforce on people attempting using coercive legalese even when the humans in question refuse to stand under, why then are a handfull of officers resorting to force?
to they not know the foundation of law?
Common law? Magna Carta Article 61
worth a read before jumping to court ;)

Without any acceptance of any liability whatsoever, and with all Indefeasible Rights reserved

Yours faithfully,

I am the agent for the fictional strawman/entity that was created with the name Mr. THOMAS J TALENT, to which the CROWN HOLD THE COPYRIGHT!!!

I write with reference to your requests for information concerning
complaints of assaults by officers,  magistrate and officers on oath and
the definition of a ‘person’ submitted to Dyfed Powys Police on the 02
April 2012 and received on the same date.

In order that we can assess whether these requests for information are
valid under Section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we need to

is used in part elsewhere on the What do They Know.Com website. Therefore
before we can progress with this request for information under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000 we require proof of identity.

Section 8 (1) (b) of the Freedom of Freedom of Information Act requires
that the ‘name of the applicant’ is provided to a public authority for the
request to be valid.  Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) guidance
indicates that under Section 8 (1) (b) “…the real name of the applicant
should be used when requesting information and not any other name, for
example a pseudonym”.

Proof of identity can be sent to the Freedom of Information Unit at the
below address:

not hear anything from you within twenty days we shall close the files.

Dyfed Powys Police Force has a history of using "bully boy" tactics, especially again those who expose their corruption! They really should be investigated, in the public's best interest.

However what can you expect from the police force that was found to be institutionally incompetent. They have to do something to cover their tracks!
