Statistics of applicants for medicine A100 course at Oxford (2019/2020)
Dear University of Oxford,
According to the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting a spreadsheet on undergraduate admissions statistics to the A100 Medicine course at Oxford Medical School from this admission cycle (2019), i.e, the most recent statistics.
I would like the spreadsheet to include:
1) The bmat results (per section as well as the mean percentage) for each applicant this year.
2) The predicted grades (IB and A level) for all applicants.
3) GCSE results (or equivalent) for all applicants.
It would be preffered for these statistics to be given in order from highest to lowest results.
Yours faithfully,
Fattema Al Abdeli

Dear FOI,
In addition to my previous request, I am also aking you to add who got shortlisted for an interview and whether the applicants had any contextual flags (by contextual flags I mean external circumstances that might explain why they had performed 'poorly' on eg an exam)
Yours sincerely,
Fattema Alabdeli
Dear FOI,
Could you also add whether the applicants are international applicants, EU applicant or home applicants.
I apologise for the three separate 'letters' sent.
Yours sincerely,
Fattema Alabdeli

Dear FOI,
Thank you for your response. This, however, does not include all the information I asked for. I requested a document with information about all medicine applicants, including:
▪︎whether they were shortlisted for interview or not
▪︎whether they're International, EU or home applicants
▪︎whether they have any contextual flags
▪︎their predicted grades (IB and A levels)
▪︎their GCSEs
This information can be provided in a single document and still be anonymous by not providing the candidate's names.
Yours sincerely,
Fattema
