1. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG?
2. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG were paid?
3. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG were cancelled and why?
4. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG were written off and why?
5. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG were prepared for prosecution?
6. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG that were prepared for prosecution ended up being prosecuted?
7. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG that were prepared for prosecution ended up NOT being prosecuted and why?
8. How many Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG ended up in court were the offender pleaded not guilty and what was the eventual result?
9. Can you confirm that every prepared prosecution was accompanied by Body Worn Camera Footage?
10. Can you confirm how many issued Fixed Penalty Notices have not been closed down via being paid, cancelled, written off or prosecuted.
11. What was the total revenue collected from the Fixed Penalty Notice issued by KSG?
12. How much of the total revenue collected from the Fixed Penalty Notices issued by KSG was paid to council and how much was retained by the contractor?
13. Can you confirm that KSG would have to pay the council a refund for all fixed penalty notices that have been cancelled?
14. Can you confirm that KSG would have to pay the council a refund for all fixed penalty notices that do not have body worn camera footage?
15. Can you confirm that KSG would have to pay the council a refund for all fixed penalty notices have not been paid and KSG have failed to compile a prosecution file?
16. Can you confirm what the cost of any KSG refunds due to the council?
