I request information concerning the statistics for supply/cover teachers used daily, including subject covered and duration of cover provided before changing staff from September 2015 to July 2018.

I would like details of how many lessons per day were covered by a supply or a non-permanent member of staff, including wherever relevant, occasions where non-qualified TA's or other staff were utilised to monitor a class.

Please provide this information for the period of September 2015 to July 2018
