Dear Independent Office for Police Conduct,

Could you please supply me with how many formal complaints you have received from Jan 2018 to date reguarding iopc staff writing complaints to protect the police and cover up corruption.

Could you also tell me what action if any was taken and what support you offered victims when staff at iopc have been bias and corrupt to just help police cover up failings and abuse.

Yours faithfully,

Luke Teague

Easy to answer as I was told even when a lie was proved abs my email reworded in the IOPC statement is was an admin error and police are allowed to lie during investigations as it's not against the rules but everything they say must be treated as truth and even if after the result you prove they lied the IOPC will not open the investigation again ,however the police can request a review not the public

Dear !Request Info,

Thanks for your reply, that seems alot of complaints.
I would Like an internal review and would also like reasons as to why my formal complaint has clearly been ignored and not recorded which was reguarding corruption and the iopc writing their own version of a compliant to try trivialise matters pretending it was over a civil matter to protect police and to allow abuse to continue while I remain a victim of a crime!

Yours sincerely,

Luke Teague

Nothing to do with the internal investigation staff being ex police and handed picked ,even when we showed the analysist had altered statements and lied it was stated that nothing could be done as they are allowed

Dear Mr Teague

Thank you for your email to the IOPC requesting an internal review.

You have not indicated why you are dissatisfied with our response, for example by explaining why you believe you may not have received the information you have requested. Please could you clarify on what grounds you are raising your complaint about our response, at which point we will be happy to progress the internal review.

We note that you refer to your own complaint against the IOPC and ask why this has not been dealt with. As this did not form part of your original FOI request we have passed your email to our complaints team to consider their response to you on this point.

Please remember to quote reference number 1007501 in any future correspondence about this request.

Yours sincerely

Dear !Request Info,

You have not logged my formal complaint, where I complained that the iopc have wrote a complaint and let on my issue was Over a Parking ticket to protect police and TFL. This has allowed me to continue to. Be a victim of fruad and also allowed abuse to continue!
You have tried to trivialise fraud and abuse! Allowed my access to justice to be blocked, allowed my human rights to be ignored and even pretended it is a civil matter and made up some rubbish about my complaint about police turning a blind eye to fruad, TfL stealing my Money and even harressing me to be over a parking ticket which is was not at all!

Yours sincerely,

Luke Teague
