Dear Department of Health,
Could you please provide the following information about women resident in the ISLE OF MAN (postcode IM) who have had an abortion in England or Wales in each of the last 5 years?
a) Number
b) Age (either by individual year or age bands)
c) Relationship status - single or in a relationship/married
d) Whether woman has children
d) Gestation period
e) Statutory grounds for abortion, as listed under grounds A to E permitting abortions under the Abortion Act 1967
f) Method of abortion
g) Repeat abortion - whether the woman has had a previous abortion
