Dear office.holmfirth,
I am a parent of three of your former pupils. I am doing research into the exclusion rates of SEN pupils compared to non SEN pupils by year group within the Kirklees area.
I am NOT with any company. 60% of all FOI requests are made by members of the public.
I am sure that you hold this sort of information and that it can be easily accessed and compiled.
If you hold the data in another format which is easier and cheaper to compile and publish I would be happy to vary my request after discussion via email.
Yours sincerely,
Geoff Smith
Dear office.holmfirth,
I was just wondering how you were getting on with collating the statistics that I asked for under the FOI act on 27th June 2013. I realise that you break for the summer holidays shortly and was wondering if you will be able to respond before you break up.
Yours sincerely,
Geoff
HI
Please could you tell me which company you are.
Thanks
Helen

You have for a second time asked me what company I am from. Again I am telling you as I did on th 27th june that I am not from any company. However if I were you are still obliged to provide the information asked for uder the FOI act.

Dear Holmfirth High School,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Holmfirth High School's handling of my FOI request 'Statistics about Exclusions'.
You have NOT responded to the FOI request in the timescales required under the law
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...
