Dear The Robert Gordon University,

Can you please provide me with figures for the number of students
on the Diploma in Legal Practice from 2005 until 2011 who

(a) have a disability
(b) have one or more dependents
(c) Undertook an LLB ordinary or honours(can you please include a
breakdown of undergraduate grades of successful applicants)
(d) undertook the accelerated LLB
(e) came from the training contract/law society exams entry route
(f) are mature students
(g) identify as male or female or other
(h) have successfully gained saas funding
(I) who are self funded
(j) who are funded through sponsorship
(k) who have a training contract upon graduation
(l) who have a training contract within a year of graduation

Can you also provide a break down by the ethnic orientation of
students on the Diploma in Legal Practice.

Can you also provide the drop out and fail rates amongst the
groups mentioned above.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please find attached, and in Blue the University's response to your recent
request for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act
2002.

Information Request:
Can you please provide me with figures for the number of students on the
Diploma in Legal Practice from 2005 until 2011 who
(a) have a disability
(b) have one or more dependents
(c) Undertook an LLB ordinary or honours(can you please include a
breakdown of undergraduate grades of successful applicants)
(d) undertook the accelerated LLB
(f) are mature students
(g) identify as male or female or other
(h) have successfully gained SAAS funding
(I) who are self funded
(j) who are funded through sponsorship
(k) who have a training contract upon graduation
(l) who have a training contract within a year of graduation

(e) came from the training contract/law society exams entry route

(k) who have a training contract upon graduation
(l) who have a training contract within a year of graduation

We have provided the total number of graduates who are employed into the
attached table, in addition to those on traineeships, as there are others
who graduated who are unavailable, or have declined to take part in the
survey. Additionally, the University only collects data for employment
circumstance 6 months after qualifying so we have no indication of
employment circumstances at graduation and additional students may have a
traineeship within a year of graduation.

I trust that this provides the information you require. If you are not
satisfied with our response or our reasoning set-out above, you have forty
working days in which to request a review of our decision. Please refer to
