information on assisted bin collections.

I am writing further to your request for information received on 10th
January 2020 in which you asked the following:
I am requesting a GIS file of the count of assisted bin collections by
either LSOA or borough council ward, to assist with isolation mapping
work.
Unfortunately I cannot identify fully the information you have requested
from the details you have provided. To help me meet your request could you
please send further details of exactly what information you want. Although
you do not have to tell us why you want the information, it may help us if
you include this in your clarification.
Please clarify what is meant by the ‘Count’ of assisted bin collections.
You may prefer to contact us by telephone to discuss your request. Please

Your request for information has been considered and, to the best of our
knowledge, the information we hold which relates to your request is as
follows:
 
For Bolsover District Council
 
I am requesting a GIS file of the count of assisted bin collections by
either LSOA or borough council ward, to assist with isolation mapping
work.
Further clarification received on 20th January 2020 - I am looking for the
number of properties who receive assisted bin collections, aggregated by a
geographical boundary to remove the personal aspect of the data. The most
granular aggregation is the most useful, since this is to enable the
prioritisation of health & wellbeing activities for the benefit of people
in the district. If you could supply the counts of properties aggregated
by Office of National Statistics OA or LSOA boundaries this would be most
useful. Aggregation of the data by council ward is acceptable if this is
not possible.
 
Bolsover District Council does not hold the information in a GIS format,
however, we are able to provide the number of properties that receive
assisted bin collections by ward as detailed below.
