Station Mergers Project - Appointment of Contractor report
Dear Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority,
On the 27th November 2014 Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority's Policy and Resources Committee met.
Item 9 on the agenda was "Station Mergers Project - Appointment of Contractor" which was described as "Report CFO/111/14 of the Deputy Chief Executive, concerning the appointment of a contractor to build the new Community Fire Stations as part of the Station Mergers Project."
This request is for an electronic copy of report CFO/111/14 which comprised pages 119-136 of the agenda pack for that meeting.
As this report falls under the meaning of "environmental information" as defined in the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, then I expect this request to be considered under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 ( http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2004/... ), which unlike a request made under the Freedom of Information legislation the Environmental Information Regulations have a presumption in favour of disclosure (see Regulation 5 http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2004/... ).
Yours faithfully,
John Brace
