The response covers relevant information held by the Department for Education (DfE). Additional information may also be held by

Reading College

FE Colleges do not make specific applications for funding.  Allocations are based on data submitted from the prior year. Under
section 21 of the Act, the Department is not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably
accessible to you. The information you requested is available here;

The accompanying annexes contain documentation received from this academy.  Annexes are:

a – Form AC1 pupil number estimates and other data for 2012-13 academic year

b – Clarification of AC1 data

c – Insurance premium claim 2013

d – Insurance invoices and policy documents 2012

e – Request for contribution to restructuring costs

f – Support for national framework capital project

g – Rates bill 2012-13

h – Rates bill 2013-14.

2) The supply of services

I can confirm that the EFA does not hold any information with regard to the supply of services from these institutions.

Vice/Deputy Principals and Senior Managers to the Executive/Senior Management Teams of those organisations

The EFA does not collect this information. The information should be available on the institutions websites.

4) The joint venture of Oxford & Cherwell Valley College and Learning & Skills Network (LSN) as operators of the Reading College
5) The combined Oxford & Cherwell College and Reading College Group

The EFA has only a contractual relationship with the Oxford and Cherwell Valley College Corporation. Therefore, any joint venture
arrangements would sit below this level and are a matter for the corporation itself.
