Please could you supply me with a up to date statement of Purpose &
Registration for Woodlawn House, Respite Unit, Dungannon and was there any
amendments made to these?
Please find attached Woodlawn Statement of Purpose and registration. Part of the
information in relation to personal information of individuals has been removed. The
Trust has applied Section 40 (2) (third party information) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 to exempt this information.
I can confirm RQIA approved the variation of registration of Woodlawn house to include
physical disability. This agreement is temporary and short term to manage critical
needs. The areas of change include the inclusion physical disability, reduction of bed
capacity and temporary emergency placement. Due to staffing levels this may impact
the ability to provide short breaks, RQIA have agreed for temporary ceasing of short
breaks to maintain safe practice. The Adult placement and Short Breaks team are
actively trying to restart short breaks and revert to previous statement of purpose as
soon as feasible.
