Dear Maidstone Borough Council,

I would be grateful if you would provide the following under current Freedom of Information Legislation:

1) Any training manuals, user guides, technical guides or any other such documents relating to StarTraq Case Management Software, Notice Issuing Software or any other software from the StarTraq company.

2) An example FPN or any other type of printed notice generated through any of StarTraqs systems.

3) The brand and model of any handheld computers, portable printers or any other related electronic devices used by the Waste Crime Team and Parking Enforcement Team.
