Dear Lewisham Homes,

I make this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide copies of the following documentation held by Lewisham Homes pertaining to properties and structural surveys on Standlake Point on Windrush Lane SE23 2XB dated from 1st January 2019 to the present:

a) Any and all structural surveys relating to the the properties on Standlake Point that are in the possession of the Lewisham Homes.

b) Any information (whether contained in emails, letters, minutes or reports or otherwise) which relate to the properties and the structure of Standlake Point SE23 2XB

I would prefer to receive the information electronically.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material or if necessary redact material that contains exempt, personal or sensitive information. If you require any clarification, I expect you to contact me under your section 16 duty to provide advice and assistance.
