The trust's publication scheme

http://www.cuh.org.uk/freedom-informatio...

requires this information be routinely made available via the trust's "Policies and procedures" webpage at:

http://www.cuh.org.uk/corporate-informat...

however while the Standing orders of the Board of Directors are listed those for the Council of Governors are not. Especially given this is material the trust appears to intend to have on its website I would expect a very prompt substantive response.

I searched the trust's website and the previous Council of Governors meeting papers for the material before submitting this request.

The chair's report to the board of directors in October 2013

http://www.cuh.org.uk/corporate-informat...

indicated the standing orders were approved by the Council of Governors at a meeting on the same day as their AGM that year. The papers, and minutes, from the day in question do not contain the standing orders (perhaps they were considered in private session)
