Dear Transport for Greater Manchester,

Request for information under the freedom of information act.

Please disclose the following information for the first half of 2013.

a) The categories or reasons for issuing standard fare tickets by passenger service representatives. For example, no ticket purchased, adult travelling on a concessionary ticket, child/pensioner without a concessionary pass, out of date ticket, out of date season ticket etc, etc.
Please state the numbers issued for each category over this period and totals (or % for each category).

b) Number of court summons sent out per month by metrolink revenue recovery services. Please sate which courts the cases were due to be heard at.
