For each of the last 5 years please provide staffing levels for the school including, how many teachers were employed at the school, how many teaching assistants were employed and how many other staff in each of the last 5 academic years.
Please also provide details of all redundancies in each of the the last 5 years including how much has been paid in each case for redundancy pay.
Please also provide numbers of pupils registered with the school for each of the last 5 academic years

Dear Mrs O’Reilly,
Here are the details of the numbers of staff employed (Teachers, Teaching Assistants and other members of staff) and pupils registered in the school during the last five years (numbers based on January PLASC). Please see attached document.
The school does not hold the information regarding redundancy pay as this information is private information pertaining to individual members of staff. Individual members of staff would receive information regarding their redundancy pay amount from Ceredigion County Council.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ysgol Bro Pedr's handling of my FOI request 'Staffing levels, job losses and redundancies at Ysgol Bro Pedr school, Lampeter'.
Whilst you provided information on staffing levels as requested you did not provide any information about redundancies. We accept that you do not hold the information on redundancy pay but believe you do hold general information about each of the redundancies.
We do not believe that anonymised information on each of the redundancies would constitute personal data and we believe you should have provided this information that was requested. You did not even provide the total number of staff that were made redundant in each year of this period.
