Staff working from outside of the UK
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
The number of staff employed by you working from outside of the UK. Please provide answers for full time, 6 months per year and other (if other please detail duration).
What NHS banding are they and what is their role? I do not wish to have any personal information just details of their job title and pay band.
What is your Policy or formal guidance on the subject? Please provide a copy.

I would be grateful if you could please clarify and confirm are you asking how many staff are employed by the Trust but working outside of the UK or how many staff members from outside the UK and now in our employment.
We are unable to progress your request without clarification and therefore your request will be placed on hold. Once the clarification is provided, your request will be re-activated and we will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible.
If you do not respond to the Trust within 10 working days, it will be assumed that the information you have requested is no longer required and your request will be closed.
