Dear Royal Conservatoire of Scotland,
I would like to request information regarding support for staff during the pandemic. Specifically, I'd like information on the following:
1. How many staff were furloughed in 2020? (total number)
2. What percentage of total employees were put on furlough?
3. Has your organisation offered any additional paid time off for employees, and if so, how much?
4. Has your organisation offered any additional financial support to employees, and if so, how much?
5. Has your organisation offered any further wellbeing initiatives for staff?

I'd be most grateful if you would consider this request.

Yours faithfully,

C. Williamson

2. What percentage of total employees were put on furlough?

9.68%

3. Has your organisation offered any additional paid time off for

5. Has your organisation offered any further wellbeing initiatives for

Our wellbeing initiatives have been moved on to an online portal which
includes blogs, tips and tricks for working from home.  Further to this,
our online zoom yoga classes continue and more recently an interactive
forum has been created as a platform for the sharing of wellbeing ideas
and initiatives.  In addition to this, our trained Mental Health First
Aiders are now available online for staff and are being further trained to
allow them to provide additional support to staff should they need it.

I do hope this response satisfies your request in full, but please do let
me know if we can offer any further assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Caroline Cochrane
