Dear North Lincolnshire Council,

There is an obvious public interest to releasing the requested information and no credible reason to withhold it.

Should North Lincolnshire Council fail to release this information the matter will be referred to the office of the Information Commissioner.

Yours faithfully,

Oliver Haynes

Dear North Lincolnshire Council,

North Lincolnshire Council has not met the deadline of 22 July for the public interest test. I remain of the opinion that there is no public interest in withholding the requested information and every public interest in providing it. The act of withholding information relating to staff turnover implies that there is something to hide.

I have asked for an internal review of the handling of this freedom of information request. No response has been given.

I now ask that you provide the requested information without further delay, as required by legislation.

Yours faithfully,

Oliver Haynes
