Staff travel survey results

The request was successful.

Dear Lambeth Borough Council,

The Council issued a press release 12 February 2009 titled "Carbon emissions cut by 14 per cent but council aims higher ". This states (in the third-from-last bullet) that "the council has just undertaken a new survey to assess the latest staff travel patterns, with the results due soon. "

Please supply the results of the survey referred to here.

Yours faithfully,

C Rodger

EIR Acknowledgement

Thank you for your Environmental Information Request, as below. Please
quote our ref 123000 in any further correspondence about this request.

Because of the subject matter, I deem this request to fall within the
scope of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) rather than the
Freedom of Information Act (FOI). Both regimes provide a public right of
access to official information. EIR derives from EU legislation whereas
FOI (which excludes environmental topics because they are covered by EIR
instead) is UK law only.

We anticipate responding within the statutory period of 20 working days
following the date of receipt, in this case by dd/mm/yy.

Thank you for your interest in Lambeth Council.
