Staff shortages on the circle line

The request was refused by Transport for London.

Dear Transport for London,

Is it my imagination or are there more service disruptions with staff shortages cited as the reason on Mondays and on days following major football matches?

Thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Mike L

Dear Mike

Thank you for your email of 18 September about staff shortages on Mondays
and on days after major football matches.

I note the nature of your question. And I must apologise for any occasion
where you have been affected by disruptions due to staff shortages.
However, so that I may give this matter further consideration, can you
kindly give me a couple of specific examples; i.e. dates, times, stations,
journeys etc.? I will then be able to check our records to clarify the
reasons for any staff shortages.

On a more general note our managers monitor all staffing issues. So if any
attendance/performance situations arise, these will be dealt with by them
in a confidential manner.

Thanks again for contacting us. If there’s anything else we can help you
with, please reply to this email. Alternatively, you can speak to one of
our Customer Service Advisers on 0343 222 1234, who’ll be happy to help.

Kind regards

I'm afraid I don't have any specific dates: it's a general impression that's built up over time - hence my request for some data.
