Staff shortage in A&E / EAU

Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I am requesting information as per the following, each instance shown separate and state the reason why.
1: How many times were the practice education team nursing staff called in to cover A&E or EAU in Antrim area hospital
2: how many times were the infection control nurses called in to cover the A&E or EAU in Antrim area hospital.
3 are these staff nurses competent and qualified to care for patients in the acute setting of A&E or EAU.
4: while these nurses where taken from their existing roles, who covered their work load.
5: who authorised the usage of these nurses in the acute A&E or EAU setting
