Dear Northern Ireland Ambulance Service Health and Social Care Trust,

I would like to request the following information

- Could you please outline the number of resignations that have occurred over the period from 1st January 2021 to present date.

- Please include all staff grades/positions and where possible provide a reason for the resignation if known e.g. moving to a different position, retiring, resigning, etc.

- In particular I would like you to provide the numbers of staff that have left the Emergency Operations Centres (EOC) in this period. This means to outline both the staff that have left the EOC to mean leaving the service completely, or moving to a different role.

- Please also outline how many staff have left the service for health reasons.

Yours faithfully,

Tim Cullen
