Subject: Freedom of Information request - Staff resignations

Dear Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust,

There is a regularly repeated claim that 35 members of staff have resigned
from GIDS since 2016 (I believe first reported 12th December 2019 in The
Telegraph).

Is it possible for you to provide information to verify:

i) if 35 have really resigned,
ii) the roles those individuals had before resignation and
iii) if any reason for their resignation is available?

I believe such information is in the public interest.
