Staff redundancies in financial years 2018-2019 & 2019-2020

Tom J made this Freedom of Information request to South Kesteven District Council

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, South Kesteven District Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear South Kesteven District Council,

For each of the financial years 2018-19 and 2019-2020 please state separately the numbers of non-manual ( i.e. 'administrative & professional') staff who left the council's employment in those two periods who were (1) made compulsorily redundant, (2) were given voluntary redundancy and, also separately, the total monetary amount paid out for each of those categories and financial years.
These amounts to include any severance payments and any redundancy lump sum payments.

A response should be quick to compile from your HR and Payroll records.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Tom J

Dear Customer Services,

Thank you for your reply, enclosing a link to several years of published accounts.
Despite searching through the 154+ pages of data for 2018-19 I cannot find the figures I requested.
Please can you either
(i) provide (only) the information requested in the form requested (text or Word table or Excel spreadsheet are equally acceptable), or
(ii) enquire of your HR/Payroll teams who should have this information readily to hand, or
(iii) at least indicate which page(s) of which document includes the specific information I have requested.
Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Tom J
