Dear Liverpool John Moores University,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool John Moores University's handling of my FOI request 'Staff recruitment and promotion statistics by gender and disability'.

I am concerned that the University is placing too much reliance on section 40 (2) of the FOIA in answering my request. I fail to see that identifying small numbers of women or men in the context of my request would be detrimental to the individuals involved.

Question 2 - the answer is not clear - are you saying that less than five women were appointed in each year, or in all years in total?

Question 3 - ditto (men)

Question 4 - ditto (disabled)

Question 9 - the answer is not clear - is this less than 5 individuals during the period 2015 onwards, or in each of the individual years from 2015 onwards?

Question 33 - this answer is factually incorrect. Please provide the correct information.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

J Davies
