Grades 2-8 are tied to the HE Single Pay Spine. Salary bands above the pay
spine are broad ranges, which are determined and reviewed by Remuneration
Committee. 

The minimum hourly rate paid to (casual) workers is £12.00 per hour
(outside of London), and £13.15 per hour (London), in-line with the
Voluntary Living Wage. 

The Annual Financial Statements can be referenced for details of current
median pay (based on the 22-23 financial year), and the remuneration of
the highest paid staff (page 46 of that document):
