Dear Mr Shilling,
I am currently in the process of gathering the information relevant to
your Freedom of Information request and would be grateful if you could
clarify what you are classing as ‘Misconduct Hearings’. Also in relation
to Sexually Related Misconduct Hearings can you clarify if you mean Sexual
Discrimination?
Until this clarification is received your request is on hold with myself.
Kind regards
Steven Morris

Dear Data Protection,
Yes misconduct hearings and meetings, as well as pre December 2008. It was sexual discrimination/harassment I was referring to, for example sexually inappropriate comments to a colleague etc
Yours sincerely,
Johnathon Shilling
