Dear Robert 

Thank you for your email requesting information under the provisions of
the Freedom of Information Act, which we received on 1 February 2020. For
ease of reference, I have set out your request below, followed by our
response.

Copies of all staff newsletters and staff magazines as far back as records
go: 

Midland Metro Limited became the operators of West Midlands Metro on 24
June 2018. Therefore, we are only able to provide you with copies of staff
newsletters or magazines that have been issued since this date. 

Three newsletters have been issued since then; November 2018, December
2018 and December 2019 and a copy of each newsletter is attached to my
email. You will note that some information has been redacted from the
newsletters, as it is considered exempt under the personal information
section (40) of the Act and ensures compliance with the General Data
Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. 

I trust that I have provided the information that you have requested in a
suitable format. However, if you are dissatisfied with the way in which we
have handled your request, you have the right to ask us to review it. You
should make your request for a review within 40 working days of receipt of
this letter, and we will provide our review within 20 working days of
receipt. 

If, following review, you remain dissatisfied with the handling of your
request you have the right under section 50 of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
          

Generally, the Information Commissioner cannot make a decision unless you
have exhausted our review procedure. You can contact the information
