Staff Guidelines and Policy Documents for Housing Application Assessments

Dear Westminster City Council,

Under the freedom of information act, please supply the following documentation relating to Housing Applications, specifically covering applications covering medical and disability grounds. Due to the nature of the assessments the documents should exist by the same and or by any other any any other name and should be the equivalent of.

Application Assessment guides or guidelines and policy documents relating to the processing of applications for housing applications and transfers under medical and disability grounds. These guides will be supplied to RMG contractors and WCC staff.

These documents should be available and in electronic form.

Should you require any further information or clarification in relation to this request, please revert at the earliest possible opportunity.

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Staff Guidelines and Policy Documents for Housing Application Assessments'.
