Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

This request concerns the investigation of staff for allegations of fraud and serious misconduct in office. I wish to have the following information.

Please provide details of the policy and procedures for the interviewing of suspects under caution.

Please provide details of the video/audio equipment currently used or used in the past 7 years for the interviewing of suspects under caution. I wish to know the make and model of the recording devices used, the medium used (eg tape), when the devices were procured and their original cost. Please also provide details of any ongoing maintenance contract or servicing/repair costs for the equipment and the cost of replacing consumables over the past 7 years.
