REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000

I am writing in response to your request for information under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000 (`FOIA') which we received on 26 March 2010.

Your Freedom of Information request reads:

Please provide the number of staff dismissed by NCH for the financial
year 2008/09 and 2009/10 broken down by reasons for dismissal ie gross
misconduct, inappropriate use of Company internet/email systems etc etc.

Please find attached, as requested an excel spreadsheet, which provides
you with the number of dismissals by NCH for the period requested.

I trust that this satisfies your request sufficiently, however, if you
require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Under
FOIA, you have the right to request a review of the NCH's response to your
