Dear Gillian Winward,

Inside it says "This procedure applies to all full-time and part-time staff other than those who are designated ‘Senior Postholders’ by the Corporation, as defined in the Articles of Government, for whom a separate procedure applies."

Please can I see this ‘separate procedure’ as well?

Dear Mr Wand

The Senior Postholders refered to are a handful of named individuals in the college and the procedures in question form part of their individual contracts with the college. I therefore cannot release this information as it would breach the confidentiality of their employment relationship with their employer.
