Staff Carparking
Dear Department for Communities (Northern Ireland),
Information requested covering period 1st April 2018 to 31st December 2022
1a - Please provide a break down of staff, by grade, of the number of staff currently allocated a carparking space within DfC.
1b - Please provide the criteria the department used to determine who is allocated a car parking space within DfC.
1c - Please provide a copy of the Department's car parking policy currently in use.
1d - How often does the department review carparking currently allocated to staff and if it collects evidence to support a claim for having a carparking space allocated in order to review whether the officer should be entitled to a car parking space.
1e - What savings DfC estimates by reviewing current allocations of spaces vs those that actually require them under the policy.
