Dear Anne

I don’t see how any of the information can be considered under S43 Commercial Interests when it the total cost for you to provide car parking to your staff within DoF can not be considered as commercial and/or trade secret.

I will advise that all other departments have released information fully, therefore and IR will be requested if the information is not fully disclosed.

Yours faithfully,

Kerr Nicholls

RE: DOF/2018-1047

I am most disappointed that DOF has not yet responded to my request for information. You wrote to me to advise you required the additional 20 working days to consider an exemption under PIT, however you have now failed to meet this extended deadline.

I now require you to invoke an internal review of this request and the Department's failure to provide the information.

Yours sincerely,

Kerr Nicholls
