Information requested covering period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018

1a - Please provide a break down by grade of the number of staff currently allocated a carparking space by DFC.
1b - Please provide the criteria the department uses to determine who is allocated a car parking space paid for in full/part by the department and is if it is related to their grade.
1c - Please provide information on how the allocation of carparking spaces to staff is monitored, and who ultimately makes decision on who should be entitled to have a carparking space.
1d - How often does the department review carparking currently allocated to staff and if it collects evidence to support a claim for having a carparking space allocated.

2a - Please provide information on how many carparking spaces are currently allocated to staff, using property/land owned by DFC (or the wider NICS property portfolio).
2b - Please provide information on how many carparking spaces are currently allocated to staff, using property/land not owned by DFC (or the wider NICS property portfolio) e.g. private carparks.
2c - The associated cost for this period to provide carparking in NICS property if applicable
2d - The associated cost for this period to provide carparking in non-NICS property e.g. private carparks.
