Staff bulletin 7th November

I am making a Freedom Of Information request for a copy of the staff bulletin I believe was dated on or around the 7th November 2013.

The communication to members of your staff I am seeking is referenced to in this link:

You can see it is clear on the date of 7th November and The Mirror does not show the title, referencing it only as DWP staff bulletin.

Spoke to FOI team today, confirmed they received the 26/11/2012 email. They didn't understand why no automated response was issued or even why it hasn't been dealt with. They are chasing it up today. Apologies were offered.
The chase up emails by me don't appear on their system.
