Dear Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust,

can you please provide me with answers to the following questions under the Freedom of Information Act:

1) Does your Trust have any on-site accommodation for staff members?

2) Is the accommodation provided directly by your Trust, or subcontracted to another organisation? If subcontracted, what is the name of the organisation?

3) Are on-site facilities for the recycling of household waste provided for staff members staying in your accommodation?

4) If staff accommodation recycling facilities are provided please could you tell me which materials from the following list are collected for recycling? (Paper and cardboard, metal cans, glass, plastics, any others).

Dear H Samuel,

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request.
