Dear East Ayrshire Council,

In light of recent Police reporting regarding safety certificates at football stadia, could you please provide details (including copies if possible please) of the most recently granted safety certificates for all SPFL clubs within your remit along with details of any remedial works/adverse findings from inspections?

Yours faithfully

Dear Licensing,

I apprecuate your response to this request which provides what was asked for. I had expected it to contain information relevant to when physical inspections were carried out pursuant to the safety certificate granting or confirmation that no such visits took place. Could you kindly clarify this please? If you wish to take the time permissable for a new request to do so that is fine.

Much appreciated.

Yours sincerely,

Jim Thomas

Good afternoon, Mr Thomas

Further to your email, I can advise that the Licensing Unit do not hold records relating to inspections which have taken place by any of the agencies/organisations involved in the process of the Safety Certificate, ie Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue, Ambulance Service and Ayrshire Civil Contingencies Team.

If you so wish, I shall request our Freedom of Information Officer to register a new request on your behalf seeking information in relation to dates of physical inspections carried out by relevant Council departments who are involved in the process, ie Building Standards and Environmental Health.

I should be obliged if you would confirm that you wish this to be done.

Many thanks.
