Dear McGinley, Jim,

I've made similar requests to other councils and received copies of these relating to Dundee United, Dundee, Kilmarnock so far with others to follow. I'd kindly ask that you reconsider the withholding as I struggle to see how a safety certificate designed to make sure the public are kept safe (and right to access information ensuring their safety) can be outweighed by such concerns.

Yours sincerely,

Jim Thomas
