St Peters College PPE 2018

St Peter's College, Oxford did not have the information requested.

Dear St Peter’s College, Oxford,

I am writing to request a spreadsheet which includes the following information for 2018 UCAS cycle PPE applicants who applied to St Peters College or were shortlisted to St Peters College:

1. The GCSE grades of each applicant
2. The TSA Section 1 score of each applicant
3. The TSA Section 2 score of each applicant
4. The average interview score of each applicant (if shortlisted)
5. The individual interview scores of each applicant (if shortlisted)
6. Whether that candidate has been offered a place?( if shortlisted)

Since the University of Oxford has not historically published this information containing all of the aforementioned data, it is not subject to the Section 22 exemption.

Yours faithfully,

Nedra Foster

Robert Pitkethly, St Peter's College, Oxford

Dear Nedra
Thank you very much for your request of 30 December 2018.
All colleges' admissions data is held on a common university admissions
database administered by Oxford University.  For the same reasons as
outlined in the letter from the University of Oxford’s Information
Compliance Team’s letter of 29th October relating to a substantially
similar and in part identically worded request to your own which was
addressed by a Mr Keble to Keble College via the
[1]whatdotheyknow.com website and which asked for the same information as
you have requested but in respect of applicants to Keble instead of
St.Peter’s College,  we are unable to provide the information you request
at the college level for those individual 2018 UCAS cycle PPE applicants
who applied to St Peters College or were shortlisted to St Peters College
including the very few applicants made offers at St. Peter’s College.  As
with Mr Keble's request to Keble college this is likely to be the case for
any college within the university when dealing with data relating to the
very small numbers of individuals involved at the college level.
I can however refer you to the information provided by the University of
Oxford’s Information Compliance Team in reply to Mr Keble’s request which
provides similar data to that you have requested though for the reasons
above, relating instead to the whole university.  You can find the details
of this information on the [2]whatdotheyknow.com website  at
: [3]https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/k....
You might also take note of the University Admissions Office annual report
which was published in May
2018 ([4]https://www.ox.ac.uk/about/facts-and-fig...)
and may also provide information you are interested in without the
problems referred to above which are involved with providing individual
data at the college level.
If you are dissatisfied with this reply please write to St. Peter’s
College requesting an internal review :
The College Office
St. Peter’s College
New Inn Hall Street
Oxford OX1 2DL
Alternatively you may request a review by
e-mailing [5][email address].
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of any internal review you have
the right under FOIA S.50 to apply to the Information Commissioner for a
decision as to whether your request has been dealt with in accordance with
the requirements of the FOIA.
Yours sincerely,
St. Peter’s College Admissions
