Dear Garswood Primary School, Wigan,

please provide details of any submissions made by the school or its governing body in relation to the St Helens Council local plan throughout the many stages of consultation over the last 5 years.

In particular, please provide details of any submissions made by the school or its governing body in relation to the proposals to release from the greenbelt land adjacent to Smock Lane and land South of Leyland Green Road, which will in time result in circa 500 additional houses in the area.

I have not received a response to my Freedom of Information request, which under the relevant legislation was due yesterday at the latest.

In fact, I haven't even received an acknowledgement of my request.
