Dear Mr White
I am writing regarding your request for information received on
17/2/2020. In that request, you asked us for SRN repair information
relating to the Asset Support Contracts ASC.
I will be unable to proceed with your request without clarification of the
information you wish to receive. To help us do so, I would like to know
which ASC contracts you want the information for? Do you want the
information for the live ASC contracts or all of them?
Also regarding Q3 and Q4 - compliance audits/non-compliance reports, what
specific dates did you want these from?
Please note that if I do not receive appropriate clarification of your
information requirements within three months from the date of this letter,
then I will consider your request closed.
If you wish to discuss any of the above, please contact me. Please
remember to quote reference number 100843 in any future communications.

Dear Ops Dst,
Seems Green Claims are what I am after at least as they are explained here
https://highwaysengland.co.uk/thirdparty...
Why didn't you ask this before?
Yours sincerely,
George White
Dear Mr White
Thank you for your clarification email of 14 March 2020. In your email,
you queried why this clarification was not sought before.
Our earlier clarification request, of 17 February, was sought where, on
receipt of your FOI request, we could immediately see that it would be
necessary to understand your request further; particularly in respect of
which ASC contracts you were interested in and your specific date
requirements for the compliance audits/non-compliance reports.
Our maintenance teams were then asked to consider your request and the
associated clarification. Most teams responded that they required further
clarification. As it is important that we provide you with the
information that you require, this resulted in my further clarification
email to you, of 10 March.
In light of your further clarification, we are now working with our
maintenance teams to see what information is held. We aim to have a
response for you by no later than 16 April.
If you wish to discuss any of the above, please contact me. Please
remember to quote reference number 100843 in any future communications.

In addition can I please clarify one thing with you we have today, 23 April 2020, received another request from you where you ask
I'm waiting for information about Appendix A.
1). I need the information about when the £10000 limit applies and how it is calculated.
2). The charged overhead for each area to you and changes.
Is this request in addition to one you are currently awaiting the response on? We are asking as the request received today looks to cover similar, if not the same, ground as that which we are in the process of answering and if that is the case todays request may be refused under Section 14(2) as repeated. Please clarify if you wish to continue the request received today or whether it was another route of chasing your response to request reference 100843 which, as indicated above, has been delayed by issues caused by lockdown restrictions.
