Spouse BRP Pending for Ni allocation by DWP

Currently waiting for a response from Department for Work and Pensions, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

We had received the approval letters on 9th Dec 2018 and the BRPs in next week. But the spouse BRP is missing and when we contacted Home Office, we got the status as "Pending with DWP for NI allocation". Any idea how much time will it gonna take to allocate Ni for Spouse ?
