I write further to your request below for information. We have now
considered your request and I have set out our response below.

 

Please find attached  documents containing the information you have
requested.  As you can see, we have redacted the personal information in
the documents attached. The names, images and direct email addresses of
our stakeholders constitute personal data as defined by the Data
Protection Act 2018. They have a reasonable expectation of privacy and
would not expect us to make information about their lives public. As such,
disclosure of this information would be neither fair nor lawful and in
direct contravention of the first data protection principle. We are
therefore refusing to disclose this information.

 

In addition to the attached information we also hold a copy of the
planning application for Low Hall Sports Ground, South Access Road,
Walthamstow Ref No: 203496. We will send these to you in a second email
following this one.

 

This completes our response to your information request.

 

As a public body, Sport England is subject to the terms of the
